Coaching

sorting out work related issues

Even in the most fulfilling of jobs there may be times when there are problems that we just can't seem to work through on our own.

This could be anything from issues with how you behave at work, or how work impacts on you personally. It may be about work/life balance or relationships in the workplace.

Coaching is fundamentally about change. If you want to understand more about yourself and change some aspect of your working life (that may also have beneficial effects in the rest of your life), then coaching could be for you.

"Rebecca is a very skilled coach – she combines great empathy with strong listening and questioning skills. Rebecca demands ownership and action from those she coaches, and she is tough in her challenge and her probing. This strength is coupled with high emotional intelligence and intuition, as well as a deep level of caring about each individual she works with. All of this combines to make Rebecca a great coach who delivers results for both individuals and organisations. Rebecca has been my coach and has also coached individuals in several large UK businesses that I have worked in."
